"Reimagining Student Learning" offers guidance to professors

July 2023: Radical Reimagining of Student Success in Higher Education, just out from Taylor and Francis, features a chapter co-written by Mark and Jeffrey Gayton. The book grew out of a national project called Re-Imagining Student Success, sponsored by the American Association of State Colleges and Universities. As a member of the team for Indiana University Kokomo, one of 44 campuses that participated in the project, Mark was an active participant in the work and served on a small team that met after the completion of the project and wound up producing this book. In their chapter, Mark and Jeff draw on

research on student learning to make a case for purpose-driven learning, active and experiential learning, collaborative learning, and more.
