January 2022: Continuing in his role as a lecturer for the Indiana University Alumni Association, Mark delivered "Benjamin Franklin: Scientist, Diplomat, Author--and Role Model?" as a pre-session for IU's Winter College. The two-hour session included a survey of Franklin's life and achievements, along with a discussion of lessons we can learn from Franklin in areas such as education and collaboration. In preparing this session, Mark drew on the research he did for his 2021 Audible Original, Ben Franklin's Lessons in Life.
